Yupe, I finally received my photos. Here’s sneak preview for you. Give me more time to put them together. Ops, bare in mind, it can be months but I promise I will do it.

I am  kinda busy after the big day (before and after the big day, to be exact). Yupe, you are right…no honeymoon any soon. Instead, we drink honey lemon everyday, especially during full moon night. Ah…just kidding ^_~

I have some deadline to met at the end of October…something like 1000 pcs of designs for 2009, working with 16 different factories in China, on top of the Olympic and typoon hitting, I am grateful enough the work is on schedule after X-lions of email and instruction flying around in both Chinese and English. Sometime, it is simply hilarious to read the email and being amazed how a simple things can became so complicated.

So, yupe…we are taking our time. ^_~

If you are asking “the question”…same answer…we are taking our time. Oh, another reason is…I love the new balance release, especially the core back shoulder roll, simply sexy! So, I would prefer to go for the regular instructor options rather than the pregnancy option.

On top of that…I have leader’s retreat, mission trip filling my plate. Arrrg…life have to go on…the only different is…I have a companion now. ^_~

Life is beautiful!

On top of my busy schedule, here are some things that keep me happy…

Elephant iPOD holder! The bag is in a shape of an elephant, his name is “ElmO”. I don’t usually fancy kiddy stuff but I can’t help to fall for this one. The shape and colours set me to captive. I just take out my wallet and pay for it. Excitedly, I abandon my existing bag and put my iPOD in him. Then, I put ElmO beside my pillow, companying me to sleep.

The first thing I see in the morning? Is ElmO! YEAH! What else I do? I place ElmO in front of my workstation as I am typing this post…

Chili Red coin purse! This is given to me by Anna and it looks so fabulous! Again, I abandon my existing “torn” coin purse (given to me 5 years ago by a friend from Osaka) and change to this lovely purse. Every morning, I carry this purse to the “mamak” for my regular breakfast. I’ll let the purse stand on the table and adore its beauty. I know it sound ridiculous but this is just the way I prefer to be.

A morning class! I am helping a friend to take over her morning class for 2 weeks. Initially, I am wondering if I should take it because I simply love to sleep. Crawling off my comfy bed in the morning, setting my feet on the cold cold floor is definitely a bad idea. But, I took it as a return of favor for her help. Yet, I never regret it. Although I still struggle to wake up 6am in the morning to prepare for a 7am class, but the rewards is never little. Watching the face of the participants in the graceful pose, with the glow of the natural sunlight is really a beautiful sight to begin the day.

Life is awesome with these little beauty around us…isn’t it?

O! No big deal

Is been a week…in fact, more than a week I am in tip-top busyness of my life.
Daily work – hopefully to be completed by this week…keeping my finger cross.

The new BB41 – O! I love it…but I am yet to bring out the best of it…give me time ^_~

The preparation of the event and finalizing the details – O…too much to bear! Thank God I only need to do it once…keeping my finger cross again…and again…and again.

Church Leader’s meeting – one after another. If you think I am crazy, I am far from that. Yet, I press on to my spirit man to hold on to this…because is important…too important. The last meeting I went (on my birthday), I am dozing off. O, God knows how tired I am, but I can sense in my spirit I need to press on. Dragging my super heavy flesh to the meeting…my return is tremendous. I heard God say…Thank You. Immediately, my spirit rejuvenated. Tears can’t stop rushing out from my eyes. I need His affirmation badly. He heard my prayer and answered! I think He really pampered me…do you agreed?

And, last but not least…my birthday. I am simply blessed to have peoples booking me for my birthday…so, eventually, I celebrated my birthday 3 times, not to mention those I postpone. Thank you everyone. O, you make me cry…with lots of kisses and hugs. I am grateful…truly! Thank you.

LMQuater 2′08

LesMills Quater workshop just over. Knowing how enthusiasm I am with all the group exercise, I ONLY join 2 programs – Body Jam & Body Balance… the minimum ever in my record after being an instructor. Why? Not feeling well due to over workout, can’t take more.

Due to that, I have some time to take some photos for Body Vive. I like their colour theme…purple!

Another thing that excite me – let me introduce to you ladies and gentleman, MY TEACHERS. I been talking about them all these while….so…here they are! Aren’t they looks gorgeous? ^_~

All I need

Body Balance – one of the most beautiful group exercise program from Les Mills. It is a graceful connection of music, voice and the movement. It enables the participant to embrace in the moment, from beginning till the end. I personally believe a good voice plays the magical role, that make a big different to the overall experience.

I am glad….after some effort, guidance and support from friends, I manage to keep the lil flame for Body Balance burning stronger. I am grateful to the participants who see me through this period, and enjoying the time with me. Thank you.

I need no words of affirmation, but to see the participant enjoying every single breath with me. That is all I need.
