The Perfect Match

Sometime, you will come across someone…you know you would love them (because there isn’t any reason not to). He/ she don’t need to do anything, but you know you can trust them, give them your heart, and knowing they will protect it well.

A type of person, you will praise God for having them in my life.

Yet, many times the situation doesn’t give you the opportunity to put them in focus. The next thing you know, they are leaving you. You regretted for not spending time with him/her. Then, all you can do is just to pray the best for him/ her.

I come across one, which I taken for granted, and miss out such a great opportunity to have another close buddy.

Last Saturday, she got married to her childhood sweetheart. I am blessed to be able to witness (praise God for that) their matrimony, special vow exchange (they wrote each other a personalize vow…so sweet!), and the first kiss after 3 years of courtship, on their wedding days before God…and their beloved guest ^_^.

I lost my words on her wedding day…after listening to their vow. They are so lovely and I wish I can offer a greater greetings but I didn’t. However, in my heart… I pray for God’s blessing and favor towards this newly wed couple, moving on to a new chapter of their life. I believe, they will bring even greater blessing and joy to those around them.

Not related remark: The title of this post, “The perfect match” were the same with the “not so new” Ribena Lemon ads campaign. The campaign is successful in a very wrong way (because I remember it for the wrong reason – too “Bollywood”, with the famous “The perfect match” tagline). I always wonder who they are targeting.

Anyway, the wedding I attended…is the truly something I call…“The Perfect Match”.

A special gift/one

Christmas eve, I accepted a class in Klang Bukit Tinggi at 6:30pm doing release 39. I have a pregnant lady in the class. It is quite challenging to give cue to regular member for more advance option, as well as the pregnant lady with the safety cue in the same time. God know how much I speak compare with all the other class I do. Anyway, everything went well. I have a lady sharing with me how she can only do 1 side split pose but not the other, a small chat with the pregnant lady and her hubby after the class to encourage them further.

I have Jap food with the man in a fancy restaurant. The food is disappointing but we have a good time. Then, we took a smooth drive home. Just as I trying to get my gym bag from the car, I notice a big and beautiful silver color gift box with an English classy ribbon hiding behind. I anxiously grasp the gift with a big smile on my face. I knew it was my Christmas gift.

I have been teaching BB using music CD for a period of time and I absolutely have no problem with it. I don’t mind of the complication of mixing track, composing and burning them into a CD as well since it is pretty handy to me. I thought I would never need an music player since I don’t fancy carry many gadgets around in my way overloaded handbag.

However, when the music CD start to fail me way too many times, I figure the only way for me to solve the problem, to cut down the drama and preventing my heart from getting heart attack, is to get an music player. In fact, I was thinking of something real simple, which is to have a gadget that has everything I need in one (the camera, the phone, the music player). This is possible with the technology we have today and to get that is just the matter of…how much you willing to pay.

The fact is, I am not willing to pay yet because the only gadget that meet my requirement aren’t here yet (iPhone). Then, I figure my phone still working fine, my camera is good enough for my casual use, and I actually don’t need to get a new one to replace them. Maybe, not until iPhone is here ^_~ So, all I need now is just a portable music player.

I was thinking in my mind when and which player I will be getting and the man decided it got to be an iPod. Now, is just about swiping the card.

A special gift from the special one…

It was a black color 8GB iPod nano waiting for me, company by a black color alien like portable speaker, and a iPod arm holder. The man gently assembles the iPod and giving me the first preview of how to operate the gadget. Then, he even transfers all my BB tracks into the iPod, and showing me how to compose my playlist. I am extremely overwhelmed and no word can describe how I felt that time.

The man told me, the sales person think that I am a very lucky (blessed) women. Indeed, I am ^-^

I launched my iPod in Klang Bukit Tinggi 6:30pm class on New Year eve. Since I am such a drama queen, something else happened that day. Anyway, I am not gonna tell you here cause is pretty embarrassing. Ask me in person ^_~

A Blueprints Christmas

25th December 2007 – This is the last cell gathering for Blueprints for the year 2007. We ended our year well together as a cell, celebrating the fellowship of one another, as well as celebrating Christmas, in remembrance of the birth of our God Jesus Christ.

Here’s some post event coverage. The few things that make Blueprints Christmas gathering special:

  1. Celebrating Christmas as a Christian – Many celebrate Christmas, but not many understand the real meaning of Christmas. It is very significant to celebrate Christmas as a Christian, with gratitude and praise to God.
  2. First Blueprints Christmas gathering – We usually spend our Christmas with the family and love one. For those who are living away from their parents, we have our brother and sister in Christ to celebrate with. This is my first, and real cell’s Christmas gathering.
  3. New believers in the house – It is awesome to listen to their testimonial in a Christmas event as this. It truly strengthen my faith as a Christian.
  4. Non believer in the house – We have good company of non-believer joining us as well, which add extra spice to our gathering.
  5. Simple & Good Food – Our BBQ team has done a good job in cooking all the raw material in the shortest period of time, even on the rainy day. More time is spent on fellowship and filling the stomach with good food. How awesome is that?
  6. Speak & Vote – I personal enjoy this game where everyone is given a question, a chance to share their thought, and others to ask questions (to understand one another further) and eventually vote for their favorite story.
  7. Gift exchange – An exercise we do to bless one another. The key is always giving things that other will like; the essence of true blessing.

Sausages are the all time favorite in any BBQ (fast to cook, nice to eat)

I wonder what the BIG man says to the SMALL boy…

Finally, our group photo!

Thanks for making the gathering such a wonderful experience!

Ready 2 Gift

I love shopping for gift. To me…I prefer to give things the receiver would like, or at least things that I would like. I will imagine what the receiver will think when they receive the gift and how the gift can be practically use in their daily life.

Using my plant to display the colorful animal clipper before giving them away ^_~ I am so excited when I found this collection of clipper. Aren’t they pretty?

Good first impression is always important. Unless I have no choice or no time, else I would definately wrap the gift as pretty as possible before I give them away.

I simply enjoy seeing the happiness in the eyes of the receiver when they received the gift.

Then, if the content of the gift met their heart desire, that will be brilliant!

Theme of silver & red with pink ribbon…simply irresistible!
