I chased my Dream; and caught by an ANGEL

For those who she has not told the story yet.

It’s funny, how it all started out, you and I studying in the same course, your are my senior, and I always like your artwork, you are like an artwork, just you don’t realise. I remember seeing you in computer labs, you are always full speed ahead, working on projects.

Looking back, thanks to Michael, who selected 4 person to represent our college, giving us an opportunity to work together. Working with you can be a pain, you are such a perfectionist and can be difficult to dealt with at certain time. However, it’s all worth it, all the hardwork will enventually be shown, what a showcase.

Yes, through time and time again. I will pursue my work and “Dream”, you are always pouring cool water and supporting me from the ground, I have done so much mistakes in the past, only to realise that you are the one who’s always there for me. For better or worse, richer or poorer, through good days and bad days.

To be so ignorant in chasing my Dream, I think those days are over now. Now we are going to work on our Dream You beside me hand in hand, I will live the vow on the aisle that day. I, Jeffrey Patrick take you Lim Meau Theng to be my wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health for as long as we both shall live.

Live and Living is totally 2 different thing. Stop to Live the way the world and circumstances pushes you towards. Start Living the purpose living life that has been granted

The Sights of Season

I recently completed a project based on the concept of season.

For the first time, spending a RM10 monthly for the past 10 year on fashion magazine brought actual value than improving my closet and burn a hole in my wallet.

Without visit Paris or Japan, I actually have an idea at the back of my head…what are the elements to be included for every season and every month. The client were very happy with the artwork and actually increase the production quantity although the cost of all the raw material increased.

So, hopefully…this will be the collection on every fashion designer table and enlighten their day…

Yeah…take a look.

Initially, I am thinking of compiling the artworks I did 2007/2008 and create a 2009 calendar. Yet, because some of the work has my own face. It will be so vain if I really do it.

Beside, would anyone want to buy it? Tell me what you think. ^_~

Drawing on water

I alway like to challenge myself in painting (erhem…long time ago…those day I am still painting). Ink painting is my favorite because I can’t undo. Beside, ink painting artist don’t sketch on the rice paper before we draw. So, once we lay out hand, it can only be right or else.

Yeah, I trash lots of paper during my younger day.

Drawing on water is a new drawing method, which has the same element of “challenge” in nature. I am still wondering what is the media they are using.

Anyway, here’s my guess…correct me if you know…

Place a rice paper inside a tray fill with a thin layer of water.
Rice paper is thin yet very strong texture in nature. It can dry up easily without stain.

Acrylic paint mix with water, insert into a liquid dribble and drop a control quantity of color accordingly as shown.
Acrylic paint is water base and covered a layers of oil. It can be mix with with water, yet it won’t blend fully due to its layers of oil. So, it will enable the shape to hold after a sufficient amount of spread.

Anyway…I could be wrong…hehehe ^_~

Enlighten me if you know. I wanted to give it a try one day… Simply fabulous.

Meanwhile, I am simply overwhelm with my production deadline…urgggg…

I am still not over it yet. 3 weeks into marriage. Everything is still looking, smelling and feeling NEW. I even get this little warm feeling of How Lucky / Blessed / Fortunate I am to be able to LISTEN to my wife sleep and breath. haha, weird but it’s actually very satisfying.

Love can be so blindingly beautiful, it can make the dullest sky blue, skunk smelling like perfume and even death being alive (ok, a bit exaggerated). So, darling promise me to continue breathing yah. Take a deep breathe. breath out 4 time, then breath in 4 time. hmm hmm hmm hmm this is like taking a cue in BB classes.

10:30 Seminar 1 start. Blah blah blah
12:30 lunch time
2:00 seminar 2 start. Lah lah lah
4:00 SMART tunnel
5:30 back in PJ
5:40 Stay and do some debriefing with Business Associate. Brainstroming and Planning
6:00 Call my darling to make sure she leave her place in time for BB class tonight
9:00 BB class at ManuLife
11:15 sending CD to a friend
12:00 cuddle time

ready to work again tomorrow.
